"What will my floor cost?" is the first question almost everyone asks. The honest answer is that it depends on your space, but the things that move the price are easy to understand. Here's what goes into it, so the number makes sense when you see it.

What changes the price
- Size. Bigger floors cost more in total, but usually less per square foot, because setup and prep time are spread over more space.
- The concrete's condition. Cracks, pits, oil stains, old paint or a peeling DIY coating all add prep and repair time. Prep is the step we never skip, because it's what makes a floor last.
- Moisture. Some slabs, especially basements, push moisture up from the ground. If yours does, it may need a moisture-control primer first.
- The system you pick. A flake floor is the most popular choice for garages and basements. Quartz is tougher and more slip-resistant. Metallic epoxy is a one-of-a-kind decorative finish and takes the most hand work.
- Speed. Our 1-Day Polyaspartic floor is done in a day, so you can walk on it that evening and park the next day.
- Extras. A cove base that runs up the wall, stairs, steps and outdoor areas add to the job.
Why the cheapest quote can cost more
Most floors that fail early fail because of prep: no grinding, no moisture check, or a thin product rolled over a dusty slab. A lower price today can mean peeling, hot-tire lifting and paying to have the floor ground off and redone. When you compare quotes, ask how the concrete will be prepared and exactly what goes down. Businesses and commercial floors
Warehouses, shops, kitchens and other commercial floors are priced on the same things, plus the traffic, chemicals and cleaning the floor has to handle, and when we can work around your hours. See Commercial & Industrial.
