Solid Color Epoxy Floors (100% Solids)

A clean, solid-color floor built thick enough to take real use.

"100% solids" means nothing in the epoxy evaporates as it cures, so what we roll on is what stays on your floor. That builds a much thicker, harder coating than store-bought water-based kits. Our system is three layers: primer, a pigmented body coat and a protective topcoat.

From our crew: what to know before you pick

Mid-tones hide the most

Very dark and very light solid colors show dust and tire marks. Medium grays and tans are the easiest to live with.

Add grip where it gets wet

Smooth solid color can be slick with snowmelt. We add an anti-slip grit to the topcoat near doors or across the whole garage.

Thicker than one-coat, for good reason

One-coat is a thin refresh. This is a full system that takes daily parking and lasts much longer before it needs attention.

Want a little texture?

A light flake sprinkle over the solid color adds interest and hides more dirt for a small extra cost.

Is it right for your space?

A great fit if…

  • You want a clean solid color
  • It's a garage, basement or shop that gets used every day
  • You want a durable floor without the cost of flake or quartz

Maybe not if…

  • You want to hide dirt between cleanings (see Flake)
  • It's a wet commercial kitchen (see Quartz)
  • You only need a cheap refresh for storage (see One-Coat)

Caring for your floor

  • Sweep or dust-mop once a week. Grit is what dulls a floor.
  • Damp-mop with warm water and a little pH-neutral cleaner. Skip vinegar, bleach and citrus cleaners.
  • Rinse off road salt in winter instead of letting it sit.
  • Wipe up gas, brake fluid and harsh chemicals right away.
  • Put a pad under kickstands, jack stands and heavy furniture feet.

Why choose it?

  • Clean, simple, modern look
  • Thick, hard-wearing film
  • A UV-stable topcoat that resists yellowing
  • Costs less than flake or quartz
