How much can I earn?

10% of the eligible contract value: up to $750 for a residential project and up to $1,500 for a commercial project. For example, a $6,000 garage floor earns a $600 reward.

When do I get paid?

After the project is completed and the final payment has cleared, we approve your reward and aim to pay it within 14 days.

Does the person I refer need to mention me?

The easiest way is to send us their info with this form, or have them use your personal link. If they contact us on their own instead, they can name you the first time they reach out (our estimate forms ask "How did you hear about us?"). It has to be at that first contact; we can't add a referral after the fact.

What if someone else already referred them?

The first valid referral we receive for a person or business gets the credit. Each person or business can only be referred once.

Can I refer more than one person?

Yes! Refer as many people and businesses as you like, and each one that qualifies earns you a reward. The only limit: each person or business can be referred just once, and earns one reward on their first qualifying project. Later projects for the same customer don't earn another reward.

Do I need to be a ProResin customer?

No. Anyone can refer, as long as you have permission to share the person's contact information.

Will I need to fill out tax paperwork?

We may ask for a completed IRS Form W-9 before paying a reward, and rewards may be reportable income. Please check with your own tax advisor.

Program Terms

Terms version 2026-10-10

  1. Sponsor. This referral program is offered by ProResin Flooring Solutions, LLC ("ProResin"), Albrightsville, PA.
  2. Reward. A qualifying referral earns 10% of the eligible contract value, up to $750 per qualifying residential project and up to $1,500 per qualifying commercial project. "Eligible contract value" means the amount the referred customer actually pays ProResin for qualifying services on the referred project, not including sales tax, permit fees, third-party pass-through costs, or any amount refunded or credited.
  3. Qualifying referral. A referral qualifies only when all of these are true: (a) we received it through this form, the SiteQuote app or a ProResin referral link, or the person or business named you as their referrer the first time they contacted ProResin, and in either case before they were already an active ProResin lead or customer; (b) the person or business was genuinely referred by you; (c) they sign a contract with ProResin; (d) the project is completed; (e) their final payment has cleared; and (f) ProResin has approved the reward.
  4. Unlimited referrals, one per customer. You may refer as many different people and businesses as you like. Each person or business can be referred only once and earns one reward, on their first qualifying project; later projects for the same customer do not earn another reward. A business is the same business even if it is referred under a different contact person, phone number or email. If more than one person refers the same person or business, the first valid referral we receive gets the credit.
  5. Referrals named by the customer. If a customer names you as their referrer, we will contact you to confirm. You must agree to these terms before any reward is approved. Naming a referrer after the customer's first contact with ProResin does not count.
  6. Who is not eligible. Self-referrals, referrals of your own household or business, and referrals made by ProResin owners or employees do not qualify.
  7. Payment. We aim to pay approved rewards within 14 days after project completion and cleared final payment, by check or another method we agree on. No reward is due if a project is cancelled, refunded, or the payment does not clear.
  8. Taxes. You are responsible for any taxes on rewards. ProResin may require a completed IRS Form W-9 before paying a reward and will issue tax forms where required by law.
  9. Permission. Only refer people who have agreed to be contacted by ProResin. We use referral information only to contact the person you referred and to run this program, as described in our Privacy Policy.
  10. No other relationship. Referrers are not employees or agents of ProResin and may not make promises, quotes or commitments on ProResin's behalf.
  11. Changes. ProResin may change or end this program at any time. Referrals received before a change are handled under the terms in effect when we received them. ProResin decides eligibility in good faith based on its records.
